This 18.5ha green-field development is home to 28 sections. It’s zoned for a mix of aviation, light industrial, and commercial use. The sites are arranged on a central loop road and range in size from 3500m² to 1ha. With 12-metre-wide carriageways, decorative street lighting and footpaths, major landscaping works, and two six-metre open swales to collect stormwater, the park has been designed and developed to a high standard. Ngāi Tawhiri were involved in the development helping maintain and enhance public access to Waikanae Stream.
